 1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility

 

The competition is open to participants from across India.

 

Participants of all age groups are welcome.

 

Participants under 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

 

 

 2.⁠ ⁠Registration

 

Registration is valid only through the official registration platform (Website/Google Form).

 

Registration will be confirmed only after successful payment of the entry fee (if applicable).

 

Each participant may register only once under their own name.

 

 

 3.⁠ ⁠Video Submission

 

The submitted video must have clear audio and video quality.

 

The participant must be clearly visible while singing.

 

Lip-sync, heavy editing, auto-tune, or AI-generated vocals are strictly prohibited.

 

Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

 

 

 4.⁠ ⁠Song Selection

 

Participants may perform songs in any Indian or international language.

 

Songs containing abusive, offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content will be rejected.

 

Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that their performance does not violate any copyright or intellectual property rights.

 

 

 5.⁠ ⁠Judging Criteria

 

Performances will be evaluated based on:

 

Vocal Quality

 

Pitch & Sur

 

Rhythm & Timing

 

Expression

 

Performance & Stage Presence

 

Overall Presentation

 

 

The decision of the judging panel shall be final and binding.

 

 6.⁠ ⁠Results

 

Results will be announced only through the official platforms of Superstarr Multimedia.

 

No correspondence or disputes regarding the judges' decisions will be entertained.

 

 

 7.⁠ ⁠Prizes

 

Winners will receive prizes as announced by the organizers.

 

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless specified.

 

The organizers reserve the right to modify the prize structure if necessary.

 

 

 8.⁠ ⁠Media Consent

 

By participating, contestants grant Superstarr Multimedia the right to use their name, photograph, video, performance, and submitted content for promotional, marketing, social media, website, and future event purposes without any additional compensation.

 

 

 9.⁠ ⁠Disqualification

 

The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who:

 

Provides false or misleading information.

 

Violates any competition rules.

 

Submits plagiarized, fake, or manipulated content.

 

Engages in abusive, offensive, or unethical behavior.

 

 

10.⁠ ⁠Entry Fee & Refund Policy

 

The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

 

 

11.⁠ ⁠Organizer's Rights

 

The organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, suspend, or cancel the competition due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

The organizers may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

 

12.⁠ ⁠Privacy

 

Personal information collected during registration will be used only for competition-related purposes.

 

Participant information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.

 

 

13.⁠ ⁠Legal Jurisdiction

 

Any dispute arising from this competition shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in, India.

 

 

14.⁠ ⁠Acceptance of Terms

 

By registering for Superstarr Voice Quest, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the Rules & Regulations and Terms & Conditions of the competition.
